Laurence joined Chausson in 2017 as an analyst and quickly rose through the ranks to become a Partner in 2021. She has participated in 27 fundraising events since her arrival and has led rounds raising a total of €230m. Previously, she explored the startup side, creating a B2C travel app right after graduation, and served as Chief of Staff at a Series A stage startup called Selectionnist. He’s been advising +50 tech companies and led many transactions in SaaS and Deeptech in many verticals. Driven by public interest from the start, he co-founded Cheerup! project builder for young cancer patients. As an advisor he has applied his passion for deal-making to many exciting social & environment friendly companies. He also helped shape the VC ecosystem launching the first French Tech accelerator for 30+ scale-ups such as Content Square, Mirakl, Mano Mano... Marc graduated from EDHEC and holds a Bachelor of Philosophy
Eyal helps companies in the tech and start up environment to accelerate since 1997. He took leading financial and strategic positions in companies ranging from pre series A to post IPO, such as Alkemics, Criteo and Dell. During his career Eyal has taken a major part in several fund raising and M&A operations in Israel, France and the US. Eyal has an MBA from INSEAD, an undergraduate degree from Tel Aviv University and is a CPA (Israel).
Andrea joined Chausson in 2025 as Partner. With 10+ years of experience in investment banking, he specializes in advising tech startups on fundraising, growth, & exit strategies. Before joining Chausson, Andrea gained international experience working in San Francisco, Milan, & Madrid, where he supported transactions totalling €300M+ and made direct investments both as VC fund operator and business angel. He earned a Master’s degree in Finance from Università Cattolica (Milan) and holds a Certificate in Investment Management from UCLA (Los Angeles). Outside of deal‑making, Andrea enjoys reading and is an avid collector of ukiyo‑e.
Melchior joined Chausson Partners in 2019 after working in startups at different stages of growth, from series A to IPO. He first worked at Privateaser as biz dev, then at Jumia as sales ops manager. Melchior graduated from EDHEC Business School.
Prior to joining Chausson Partners in 2021, Emilien gathered experience in startups working for Diduenjoy, a SaaS startup at Station F and for Cubyn, a scale up in logistics. He also worked as a VC analyst at Kerala Ventures. Emilien graduated from EDHEC Business School specializing in strategy consulting.
Sophie spent four years specializing in PE fundraising and M&A transactions at Impulse CF, where she had the opportunity to work on deals from 5 to €100m, alongside investors as Summit Partners or idiCo. Before that, she developed her analytical skills at Rothschild & Co and Natixis. Sophie is a graduate of SKEMA Business School
Prior to joining Chausson Partners in 2024, Ram acquired experience in the venture ecosystem at Ring Capital, an impact venture capital fund, where he focused on social and environmental investments. He also worked as a VC and M&A fundraising analyst at ADER Finance. Ram graduated from Polytechnique with a Masters in Economics, Corporate Finance & Data Analytics.
Annabelle joined Chausson Partners in 2022 as a work-study student before being offered a permanent position in 2024. She built up her skills as a CEO’s right-hand woman in Hosman, and a VC Analyst at Pléiade Venture. Annabelle holds a degree in International Financial Analysis with a specialization in asset management from Neoma Business School, as well as a degree in Innovation and Transformation from Centrale Supélec Paris.
Antoine joined Chausson Partners in 2025 after two years of experience in tech-focused investment banking. He discovered a strong interest in entrepreneurship during his gap-year internship in a tech M&A boutique, before continuing at Cambon Partners within the fundraising team on deeptech and industrial venture financing projects. Antoine also gained operational experience in startups, acting as the CEO’s right hand on strategic initiatives to accelerate the path to profitability. He graduated with a Master’s in Finance from Neoma and holds an engineering Master’s degree focused on new technologies.
Hussein joined Chausson Partners in 2025 after gaining experience across the startup and venture ecosystems. At AirFund, a SaaS/fintech startup, he worked as the right hand to the CFO, contributing to strategic initiatives including the company’s Series A fundraising. He also developed exposure to venture capital through internships at Seventure Partners, within the Digital team, and at BlackFin Capital Partners, where he focused on fintech investments. Christophe leverages an unmatched track-record for fund raising. He is also a business-angel in 140+ companies and sits at several companies' boards. He started his career in the advertisement industry at Publicis and Euro RSCG. Christophe graduated from Paris Dauphine.
